Before Your Tattoo
Do your laundry so you sleep on clean sheets and wear clean clothes while your tattoo is healing.

Take a hot shower the morning of your appointment; the shower opens your pores so that the ink goes in better.

Shave the tattoo area before your appointment with a fresh razor so your skin is smooth.

Eat a good meal and get hydrated to give your body energy for your session.
​
Start taking Vitamin C. It supports the healing process of your skin.
​
Get a good night's sleep (i.e. no partying).
